We assist homeowners to rent out their properties by providing them with a professional home management service, which also extends to the holiday makers, who will benefit from having an onsite contact to assist them during their stay. We also assist home owners who are residents here themselves and need assistance with regards to maintenance of the property itself, whether it be broken appliances or services, help with your vehicle, reforms and so on.

We offer a key holding service to property owners for the peace of mind that their home is always looked after throughout the year, with a direct contact number in case of emergencies. We can provide bespoke services such as: Guest Meet and Greet, Cleaning, Laundry, Pool and Garden Maintenance, building maintenance and repairs.

  • Weekly Inspections:
    We carry out weekly inspections of your property and keep a record of our findings. This includes an additional check after a storm or heavy rain; right away the next day to make sure that everything is still OK
  • Vehicle Care Service:
    You don’t want to leave your car at the airport? Park it at your place! While you are away, we keep an eye on it during our weekly inspections.
  • Small or Large Reforms:
    We offer professional technicians for any problems or repairs. We also have reliable builders on hand for any reforms required.
  • Cleaning Service:
    From basic cleaning over to cleaning of the windows, our range of services covers all work in and around your property.

  • Alarm Response
  • Surveillance of the house in your absence, custody of keys and communication with you when needed
  • Weekly review of the house
  • Monitoring the gardeners and pool cleaners work to ensure it is to a sattisfactory standard
  • Ensuring that the toilets and the taps in the baths, basins and bidets are flushed regularly and the property is aired. If there is any sign of damp or other problems, then you will be informed immediately
  • Preparation for your arrival or that of your relatives: connection of heating, start-up of household appliances etc.
  • Suspension of package fee when you in residence

  • To attend your property whilst third party`s carry out work. (Alarm system/Elevator)
  • Hiring technical services for the repair of the machines and appliances. (Quote need to be confirmed by the owner first.)
  • Key collection at designated meeting point and optional escort service to the Villa
  • Purchase in the supermarket for your arrival
  • Translation Services
  • Emergency callouts
  • Gas replacement and connection
  • Change used bed linen, get it cleaned, prepare the bed and leave clean towels for your next visit
  • Check the vehicle, arrange annual service, ITV, etc. When absent
